The ISCA Consortium (International Standards for Cytogenomic Arrays), now known as ICCG (International Collaboration for Clinical Genomics), is a group of clinical cytogenetics and molecular genetics laboratories sharing its data generated in clinical testing laboratories. The consortium submits curated clinical data to dbVar and this high quality data is an invaluable resource for the clinical and research communities. BioDiscovery maintains this ISCA data from dbVar in its Nexus DB genomic data repository allowing you to easily review, query, and download this data to compare with your cases.
Recently, ISCA dbVar nstd75 hg 18 and ISCA dbVar nstd75 hg 19 data were added to Nexus DB. In total, Nexus DB now contains the following ISCA data:
ISCA dbVar nstd75 hg 18 – Case Set, Prenatal Dataset
ISCA dbVar nstd75 hg 19 – Case Set, Prenatal Dataset
ISCA dbVar nstd45 hg 18 – Curated Dataset
ISCA dbVar nstd45 hg 19 – Curated Dataset
ISCA dbVar nstd37 hg 18 – Case Set
ISCA dbVar nstd37 hg 19 – Case Set
